DREAM Act team turns to state aid

Students rally for the DREAM Act.

With tuition at CUNY and SUNY set to rise 31 percent over the next five years, immigrant rights supporters have begun a campaign to make undocumented students eligible for a variety of scholarships and state aid programs.
