Immigrant Cabbies Sue Over Medallion Devaluation

As the value of a city-issued taxi medallion has dropped as much as 70 percent because of competition from Uber and other apps, Hispanic cab drivers are suing the city and TLC arguing they are unable to retire, El Diario/La Prensa reports.
