NYC’s changing ethnic outlook

African-Americans are moving out of Harlem and Washington Heights as Caucasians move in. Dominicans are migrating into the Bronx, and Mexicans are flowing into every neighborhood in the city. But it isn’t just a matter of ethnic migration within the city—the very nature of these ethnic groups has become more complex.
