Alsatian Food Comes to Carroll Gardens

The French restaurant La Cigogne opened on Union Street in Carroll Gardens June 9, just in advance of the World Cup. Some distance from the neighborhood’s cluster of restaurants, the new spot has a strong Alsatian feel, offering tartes flambées and other dishes such as spätzle.
