The New York to Nepal Earthquake Relief Walk was organized on April 24, 2016 to remember the earthquake that devastated Nepal last year on April 25, 2015. Live to Love International, a nonprofit serving the people and resources of the Himalayas, sponsored the walk, and numerous Nepalese community organizations joined the effort. About 500 people showed up for the two-hour walk in downtown Manhattan, which started and concluded at Pier 16 at 89 South St. in Lower Manhattan.

Dipika Shrestha was there.
