The reopening of the Flatbush Caton Market is being celebrated with two days of special events starting Jan. 26. The Caribbean shopping center, now temporarily located at 2184 Clarendon Rd., will have food and activities to attract old and new customers, reports Alexandra Simon in Brooklyn Paper.

The grand reopening kicks off this evening with a game night hosted by cooks from the Caribbean personal-chef service The Reggae Chefs. And the party continues tomorrow with activities for tots including free face painting, hair braiding, and a Carnival-crown-making workshop.
