‘You can’t eat hibachi by yourself’

Videographer Steve de Sève heads to Natto in Park Slope, Brooklyn, where diners enjoy a hibachi dinner, a communal meal where the chef prepares the food on the spot while entertaining the patrons. Meet chef Guo Yao Zheng, who learned all his skills from YouTube, and get acquainted with all the elements of a hibachi meal such as food tossing, the sake squirt and the “volcano fire.”
