Ads on subways, buses and in local newspapers will run in various languages as part of a new campaign to encourage young immigrants to enroll in DACA.

The dependence of Latino groups on public funds has become problematic and put their financial future in limbo, reports El Diario-La Prensa. But it’s not only challenges from the city, some nonprofits also face internal problems.
