Chinese children who were sent back to China by immigrant parents here may soon return to NYC to take advantage of universal pre-K, World Journal’s English edition reports.

Community-based organizations are getting more inquiries about pre-K seats in Brooklyn’s School District 20 and School District 11 in the Bronx, where large numbers of eligible students were not matched, report community papers.
